Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Indonesia Global Talent Service ("Company"). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• •You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• •Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• •University administrators must be authorised representatives of their institution.

3. Account Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• •You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@studyindonesia.id.
• •One person may not maintain more than one student account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the platform to:

• •Browse and search for universities and study programs in Indonesia
• •Submit applications to participating universities
• •Communicate with university administrators through the platform
• •Track the status of your submitted applications

6. Application Process

Indonesia Global Talent Service provides a platform for connecting students with universities. We are not a party to the admission decision, which rests solely with the university. We do not guarantee admission to any programme.

By submitting an application, you authorise Indonesia Global Talent Service to share your application data with the relevant university for the purpose of processing your application.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logos, design, code, copy) is owned by or licensed to Study Indonesia. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Content you upload (documents, profile information) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely for providing the service.

8. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Study Indonesia is not liable for:

• •University admission decisions or outcomes
• •Accuracy of university-provided information
• •Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Privacy Centre. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through the appropriate courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
